Reverse Stock Split Details
BlackRock announced a 1-for-3 reverse share split for ETHA, scheduled for October 6, 2026. The move aims to reduce trading friction, narrow bid-ask spreads, and lower execution costs for investors by increasing the fund's nominal share price.
The reverse split will reduce ETHA's outstanding shares from 467.68 million to approximately 155.89 million. Shareholders will see their share count decrease by one-third, though the total value of their holdings will remain unchanged.

As of the reporting date, ETHA holds 3.51 million ETH valued at approximately $8.6 billion, representing roughly 3% of Ethereum's total supply of 120.05 million ETH.
