Solana price reached $120.86 on September 25, breaking above $120 for the first time since January 29. The token gained 3.56% over the past 24 hours and 7.61% over the week, according to CoinGecko data.
The latest advance continues Solana's recovery from a June low near $60.39. From that level, SOL has more than doubled. The token climbed from approximately $97 in mid-September to above $112 by September 18, before reaching its current levels.
August contributed a 41.5% gain that set the stage for September's continued momentum. Technical indicators show the relative strength index at 61, signaling a bullish trend, while the MACD stood near positive 1.34.
ETF Inflows and Derivatives Activity
United States spot Solana ETFs recorded $32.81 million in net inflows on September 24. Bitwise's Solana Staking ETF accounted for $27.97 million of the total, while Fidelity's FSOL attracted $4.84 million. Combined fund assets reached approximately $1.81 billion, with historical inflows totaling $1.52 billion.
Solana futures open interest climbed to $7.49 billion, up from approximately $6.57 billion in early September—representing a 14% increase. Futures trading volume reached $11.76 billion over 24 hours, compared with $9.38 billion in early September. CoinGlass recorded approximately $21.43 million in liquidations over 24 hours.
Price Resistance Levels
Solana faces near-term resistance around $122 to $123. A sustained move through that area could put $130 in focus as the next target. Holding above $120 would strengthen the case that the former ceiling has become short-term support.
